Permission is granted, free of charge, to download, copy, edit and adapt the accompanying Arvacore template or planning tool for your own non-commercial research, education, grant-application or funded-project activities. You may share an adapted copy with members of your own project team, consortium, host institution, research office, funder-facing advisers and evaluators where reasonably necessary for that project. You may submit content produced from the template as part of your own application or project documentation.

You may NOT sell, license, sublicense, rent or commercially distribute the template or planning tool; include it in a paid template library, training product or consultancy deliverable for third parties; white-label or repackage the blank template as your own product; or use the Arvacore name or branding to imply endorsement of your project.

You may remove Arvacore branding from a completed project-specific derivative where submission or institutional requirements make this appropriate. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying blank template or tool.
