Download the templates

MSCA budget template and planner

Estimate Doctoral Network and Postdoctoral Fellowship unit contributions using the 2026-2027 MSCA rates. The workbook keeps salary interpretation separate from EU unit contributions and supports separate Global PF outgoing and return phases.

MSCA support letter template

An editable host and partner commitment letter for early consortium building, associated partners, secondment hosts and other project commitments where no mandatory call-specific wording applies.

MSCA Doctoral Network concept template

A network-first worksheet covering the central challenge, doctoral-project interdependence, training architecture, supervision, secondments, impact and risk.

MSCA doctoral project description template

A shorter template for designing each doctoral project so its scientific question, objectives, dependencies, secondments and training needs are visible at consortium level.

Licence: Free for your own non-commercial research, grant-application or funded-project use. No resale, white-labelling or commercial redistribution. Read the full licence.

MSCA PF eligibility checklist and host-fit worksheet

A pre-writing worksheet to map the researcher timeline, mobility rule, PhD and research-experience checks, host complementarity, training plan and career-development logic before drafting a Postdoctoral Fellowship proposal. It deliberately does not replace the official eligibility self-assessment.
